Study of the elements of Russian Lyric Diction and the Cyrillic alphabet, focusing on the basics of pronunciation and diction rules. Application of knowledge through oral exercises (in-class & assignments) and written IPA. Skills learned in this class will enable students to confidently prepare Russian vocal repertoire.
