Study of the elements of Spanish Lyric Diction through a progressive and holistic reading method. Application of that knowledge through oral exercises (in-class & assignments), written IPA and listening assignments, as well as a final performance. Pairs well with La Canción Lírica: A Survey of Spanish Art Song Repertoire – ONLINE.
Students wishing to take this course for 1 credit must email Pilar Boucher, Summer Session Program Manager, at pboucher@esm.rochester.edu to register as an independent study.
