In the event of a medical emergency, Eastman Summer Staff will attempt to contact the primary parent/guardian first after your child’s immediate needs have been addressed. If they cannot be reached, staff will proceed to the following authorized emergency contacts in the order listed. If you need to reach your student and the Eastman Summer staff in the event of an emergency, please contact URochester’s Department of Public Safety at (585) 275-3333 and ask to be connected to the Eastman Summer Program Manager.
In the event of an incident (non-emergency) during the program, including, but not limited to behavioral problems, you will receive an email or phone call from the Eastman Summer Program Manager (summer@esm.rochester.edu) or designee.
For non-medical or non-family emergencies, Eastman Summer asks that parents/guardians contact the Eastman Summer Program Manager in the event of an urgent family message.
