Meals in Rochester

Dining Services in the Student Living Center

The dining plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week for students residing at the Student Living Center.

Please note

Due to Covid restrictions for Summer 2022, an Eastman Dining meal plan is only available to students staying at the Student Living Center. Individual meals will not be available for purchase. Students staying off campus should plan to make alternate arrangements for meals during their time at Eastman.

A note about grocery stores

Rochester has several supermarkets, including Wegmans, Aldi, Tops, and Trader Joe’s, but students staying off campus should note that the neighborhood immediately around Eastman does not have a grocery store within easy walking distance: the nearest Wegmans is approximately two miles away. A car, public transportation, taxi, or rideshare service will be needed to get to a grocery store if you plan to stay downtown. (High school students housed in the Eastman Student Living Center are required to stay within the Eastman campus footprint–this information is provided for off-campus participants only.)
