This course will examine legal topics related to both for-profit and non-profit organizations in the music industry and legal issues in the music industry including copyright, trademark, performance, publishing, licensing rights, contracts, and new media.

Tuition:
$4,100 / 2 credits

NOTE: This is a graduate-level course. Undergraduate students (and students not currently enrolled in the MA in Music Leadership program) are welcome to register but should contact Rachel Roberts at rroberts@esm.rochester.edu before registering.
