- Andrea Schuler, Summer@Eastman Program Coordinator, will email you to confirm receipt of your application. Please add aschuler@esm.rochester.edu and summer@esm.rochester.edu to your email address book to ensure that messages from our office are sent to your Inbox and not to a spam folder–we want to be able to reach you! If you have not received a confirmation email within a few days of sending your application, check your spam folder; if you don’t find the confirmation email, contact the Summer@Eastman office.
- Professor Hasegawa will review applications and contact accepted applicants by February 8, 2024. Students accepted to the program will need to complete registration no later than February 19 to reserve a spot, with full payment due by March 4. Registration forms and payment information will be sent when decisions are announced.
