Observers are welcome to attend all masterclass sessions and participate in all lecture-discussion sessions.

The institute covered all that I was hoping to gain and more. I found that the foundational skills were cemented and built upon for each member. The time dedicated to each conductor was helpful to all the rest of us, and the holistic approach (not just rehearsal time, lectures, etc.) was very effective and rich
