Thank you for your registration. This page serves as a confirmation of the receipt of your registration form.

You may also receive communications from the Summer Manager, Shaya Greathouse, sgreathouse@esm.rochester.edu, or from your program director.

  • We will review and process your registration and contact you if we have questions. Please make sure to check the website for any other required paperwork, such as if your program requires a teacher recommendation.
  • Once your registration has been processed, we will create your University of Rochester student account and issue you a UR Student ID number. You will need to complete onboarding steps in UR Student to set up your student account (instructions will be provided by email).
  • Billing notifications will be sent automatically via email from the UR Bursar’s Office when charges are assessed for Summer term (this usually happens in mid-May). Information about payment options can be found here. No payment is required until you receive a bill notification. A paper version of the bill prints May 28, and the bill due date is June 27.
  • Courses will be confirmed when required enrollment has been reached. We will notify students about course confirmation/cancellation as soon as a decision has been made. Full refunds will be issued for any canceled courses.

Students who will be under age 18 as of June 25, 2024 are also required to complete and submit an additional form before classes begin. The following form must be completed and submitted before your first class session:
